At D CUBIC DESIGN STUDIO, we separate our services for every project into two areas: Design Development and Design Execution through supervised construction. Design Development defines the space and cost parameters and is the blueprint for the construction and fitout that follows.

New condo/house/ town house/apartments, Refurbishment of existing condo/house/ town house/apartments.
Commercial:
Exhibition space, offices, showrooms, restaurants, bars and lounges, spas and personal care facilities.
有別於市面上的設計加工程統包，本公司將設計與工程分割開來。其概念有如醫藥分業的必要性一樣，設計與工程，是應該互相牽制而不是互相包庇。故本公司接受業主委任設計並繪製施工圖。我們不綁工程！業主有權力使用設計圖找尋不同的工程公司進行工程款比價。

D CUBIC DESIGN introduces intelligent home systems into our design concepts wherever possible, incorporating the latest in communications and connectivity technology for greater comfort and convenience in our daily lifestyles.
D CUBIC DESIGN works in cooperation with Gratia create intelligent homes, using smart phones (apple and android system) as remotes to control lighting, electric curtains, TVs, sound systems, and even IP Cams. Intelligent Home Systems are fast becoming a standard feature in our homes today.
本公司大力推廣智慧住宅系統，它是一個時代變遷下的必要產品，就像手機進化成智慧手機般那樣的必要！雖然並非必需品，但是有了它，卻可以大大的提升生活品質。
立方體與Gratia (Thailand) 合作，聯手打造智慧住宅。運用智慧手機（蘋果與android系統皆可）遙控所有的燈光、窗簾、電視、音響、甚至遠端監控系統。我們結合了智慧手機、智慧家電、以及設計美學，將智慧與藝術融入到你的住宅空間。本公司大力推廣智慧住宅，我們認為，他不該只是上流社會的產品，它是屬於所有人應該享有的便利產品。

Construction and Supervision Services
工程與監督服務
Construction and site supervision services are available after the design development phase is completed, and includes the important inspection and control procedures to ensure that the construction and fit out work are carried out according to the design direction and specifications. This service includes supervision of the job site from construction and fit out to completion and defect rectification before handover to the owner.
工程與監督服務是於設計結案後，隨著發包工程啟動。業主可以自行選擇是否委託本公司執行工程項目，或是自行發包工程並設計師代表業主全程監督工程流程。我們會在現場監督業主委外的工班是否有依圖施工，或是使用建材是否有錯誤。並提供詳細的施工流程照片，讓業主能夠在忙碌的工作時，也能即時了解現場的狀況。
